When it comes to hiring a candidate from an
employment service, we understand some companies
would like to see a candidate in action before
extending an offer. This is why BilingualOne gives you
the opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s performance
on a temporary basis for up to 30 calendar days before
making the offer...we’ll then apply the candidate’s
hourly pay from their temporary hours worked toward
your fee!
Here’s How It Works:
Once you select the most qualified candidate for your opening, we’ll
place them at your location on our payroll for a maximum of 30
calendar days and bill you at a pre-determined rate. If within those 30
calendar days you decide to hire the candidate, we will apply the total
amount of hourly wages paid to the candidate during this evaluation
period to your standard direct hire fee!
It’s Warrantied!
Should the candidate leave your employ from the time of hire up to 90
days from the start of the temporary assignment, BilingualOne will offer a
free replacement or prorated refund equal to the number of days the
employee did not work. After 90 days and up to one year from the start
of the temporary assignment, BilingualOne will offer a replacement at a
reduced fee equal to 50% of the standard direct hire fee (this is the fee
before the credit from the hourly wages is applied).
