Need Proof Of Employment?
Follow these easy steps:

  1. If you are part of the Howroyd Group of Companies (which includes BilingualOne, AppleOne, All's Well, At-Tech, Academy of Computer Technology, Industrial Apple, AppleOne Payroll Services, Coape Staffing, Cerritos Travel Agency and Howroyd Management Services), Click here to print out a PDF version of the Proof of Employment form
    or
    If you are part of All-In-1, Click here to print out a PDF version of the Proof of Employment form
  2. Write down your Social Security Number in the space provided in the printed form
  3. Give the completed form to the person requesting your proof of employment

Follow these easy steps:

  1.   2. Write down your Social Security Number in the space provided in the printed form
  3. Do the following to create a Salary Key:
    1. Go to www.theworknumber.com/employee Or call 1-800-367-2884
    2. Access your account by entering the following information:
      • Howroyd Group of Companies Employer Code: 11047
      (which includes BilingualOne, AppleOne, All's Well, At-Tech, Academy of Computer Technology, Industrial Apple, AppleOne Payroll Services, Coape Staffing, Cerritos Travel Agency and Howroyd Management Services)
      or
      • All-In-1 Employer Code: 11504
      • Your Social Security Number
      • Your PIN (the last four digits of your SSN)
  4. Create a Salary Key and write it down on the printed form.
  5. Give the completed form to the person requesting your proof of employment.
